The Brisbane Dinner – Event Specific Terms
These Event Specific Terms are additional to the Brisbane Broncos Event Terms & Conditions (the “Master T&Cs”) and apply specifically to tickets for The Brisbane Dinner.
1. Event Details
The Brisbane Dinner is scheduled for Tuesday, 11 August 2026 at The Star Brisbane, commencing at 6:00pm.
2. Ticket Types & Pricing
a. Individual Tickets and Tables of 10 are sold as distinct ticket types.
b. Table bookings represent a bundled group purchase; individual seats within a table are not separately transferable.
c. All prices are inclusive of GST.
3. Guest Details
a. For table bookings, guest names are not required at the time of purchase. The booking contact will be contacted closer to the event to provide final guest details.
b. For individual and small group bookings, guest details may be collected at time of purchase but are not guaranteed to be final until confirmed by the booking contact.
4. Seating & Allocation
a. Attendees may submit seating requests at the time of booking. While the Brisbane Broncos and Brisbane Lions will endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests, seating allocations cannot be guaranteed.
b. The Clubs reserve the right to reassign tables or seats following purchase to accommodate sponsor, charity or operational requirements.
5. Ticket Transfer Requests
a. Tickets and table purchases are non-transferable without the express written approval of the Clubs and must be requested via events@broncos.com.au in accordance with the Master T&Cs.
b. Any approved transfer must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Event cancellation/refund provisions in the Master T&Cs apply. Tickets cancelled by the purchaser will be subject to the refund policy stipulated in section 3 of the Master T&Cs.
7. Event Programming
a. The Clubs may amend advertised speakers, entertainment or programming without prior notice.
b. Such amendments will not, by themselves, constitute a “major change” under the Master T&Cs unless otherwise determined in accordance with applicable law.
8. Charity & Auction
a. Portions of funds raised through fundraising, auctions or associated activities may be directed to a nominated charity partner.
b. Details of the charity partner and related initiatives may be published in event materials where applicable.
9. Responsible Service of Alcohol & Venue Rules
In addition to the Master T&Cs, all attendees must comply with The Star Brisbane venue rules and relevant Responsible Service of Alcohol policies.
10. Promotion & Media
By attending, attendees grant permission for photographs, video or audio recordings to be used by the Clubs or partners for promotional purposes unless notice is provided in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
